Criminal Defense Lawyer in Mesa, AZ

People facing criminal charges in Arizona may be feeling understandably worried and overwhelmed about what might happen next. The possibility of expensive fines, spending time in jail, or losing the right to legally drive a motor vehicle can weigh heavily on anyone. Seeing hope and a way out can be difficult. That’s where we come in. Attorney Charlie Naegle and Naegle Law Firm, PLC, can fight back and increase the chances of a better outcome.

Our firm handles a variety of criminal cases with both professionalism and passion. We are passionate about defending our clients, ensuring their rights are being respected, and getting them the fighting chance that the American criminal justice system is supposed to promise.

The sooner we can get on a case, the sooner we can start investigating and bringing over 16 years of experience to bear on our client’s behalf. Don’t hesitate—call today at (480) 245-5550 or reach out here online to set up a free consultation. As lawyers based in Mesa, AZ, we routinely serve defendants in Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

What Can a Criminal Defense Attorney Do for My Case?

A criminal defense attorney’s job starts with ensuring their client is receiving fair treatment, and that constitutional rights are being respected. A highly skilled lawyer can spot errors and inconsistencies in the prosecutor’s case and work to create the reasonable doubt in a jury’s mind that leads to acquittal.

Certain accusations, including disorderly conduct, domestic violence, and violent crimes, are aggressively prosecuted by the state of Arizona. Without a seasoned attorney, a defendant can end up being overcharged, or find themselves pressured to accept an unfavorable plea deal.

Naegle Law Firm, PLC is here to protect our clients. With over tens of thousands of cases under our belt, we know when a prosecutor really has a good case, and when they are bluffing. We know when a plea deal is really in a defendant’s best interest, and when we should stand and make their case in front of a jury. We welcome the fight—from the negotiation to the litigation—and we never back down.

The Experienced Mesa Criminal Defense Attorney You Need

Attorney Charlie Naegle is a highly skilled criminal defense attorney helping clients with a variety of criminal cases in Mesa, AZ, and surrounding areas for over a decade.

Having served as a judge pro tem for the Superior Court, Attorney Naegle has built a solid reputation with prosecutors from many jurisdictions. His experience allows him to understand the legal process from multiple angles, and to use that knowledge to aggressively represent clients in the courtroom.

Attorney Naegle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, with a Minor in International Business from the Western International University (Tempe, AZ, 2003). He earned his Juris Doctor title in 2006 at the Texas Southern University (Graduate School).

After working at large criminal defense firms, and witnessing how clients were treated as just another case number, he set out to open his own practice and do things differently. His passion is seeking favorable outcomes for even the toughest cases, while treating every client with the care, attention, and professionalism that only a client-centered law firm can provide.

A track record of success going back to 2007 can give defendants confidence when they come through our doors. So can the reviews of satisfied clients. At Naegle Law Firm, PLC, we’re all about fighting for your future.
